Divorce Services

Divorce is both a legal event and a significant life transition. The decisions made during this period shape financial stability, co-parenting structure, and long-term family dynamics. These services are designed for individuals and couples who value discretion, strategic clarity, and disciplined decision-making throughout the process.

With clinical training as a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist (LMFT) and formal mediation training, I approach divorce from a psychologically informed, systems-level perspective. The work centers on containing emotions without allowing it to drive decisions, clarifying priorities, and structuring discussions so they remain organized, deliberate, and thoughtfully facilitated.

Services Offered

Family Systems Informed Mediation

A confidential, structured mediation process co-facilitated with an experienced divorce attorney. This model integrates legal clarity with emotional containment to address parenting, financial division, and agreement terms within a balanced and professionally guided framework.

When appropriate, I can also coordinate with or provide referrals to financial professionals, child specialists, and other trusted providers. The goal is to ensure that the mediation process remains well-supported, efficient, and professionally integrated.

Coaching services may include: Structured professional support for individuals navigating separation, mediation, collaborative divorce, or litigation. Coaching focuses on preparation, organization, and strategic clarity throughout the legal process.

Divorce coaching is not psychotherapy and does not constitute legal representation. It is a structured preparation service designed to support measured, informed participation in the broader divorce process.
