Scope of Mediation

Mediation addresses the full range of divorce-related issues, including parenting arrangements, financial disclosure and division, support considerations, co-parenting structure. The process is organized, paced, and tailored to the complexity of the matters presented.

Mediation & Coaching

Mediation is a neutral joint process. Divorce coaching, by contrast, is individualized preparation. Some individuals choose to engage in coaching before or during mediation to strengthen clarity, organization, and decision-making discipline.

Inquiries

For further information about the co-mediation model, screening process, or to discuss whether mediation may be appropriate for your situation, please contact the office directly. All inquiries are handled discreetly.

Professional Structure

Divorce mediation is conducted through a co-mediation model alongside an experienced divorce attorney. This structure allows for balanced attention to both relational dynamics and legal considerations within the mediation setting.

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with formal mediation training, I focus on communication management, negotiation structure, and maintaining productive dialogue. The attorney co-mediator addresses procedural and legal frameworks within the process. Together, this model supports organized, efficient, and comprehensive resolution.

The mediators remain strictly neutral. We do not advocate for either party, and we do not provide individual legal advice.
